According to the Hindu calendar, the festival of Navratri is celebrated 4 times in a year. In which there are two main Chaitra and Sharadiya Navratri. This time Chaitra Navratri is starting from 22nd March and it will end on 30th March..Navratri is the festival of maa Durga celebrated twice a year ....once between September to October and second one between March to April.... There 9 days in navratri....each day is celebrated for every roop of maa Durga.....Shailputri, Brahmacharini, Chandraghanta, Kushmanda, Skandamata, Katyayani, Kalaratri, Mahagauri and Siddhidatri. 9 days are celebrated for maa Durga......
