The Night Manager (TV series)
Tom Hiddleston, Hugh Laurie, Olivia Colman, Tom Hollander, David Harewood, and Elizabeth Debicki are among the cast members of the British television series The Night Manager, which is directed by Susanne Bier.
It was updated to the present by David Farr and is based on John le Carré's 1993 novel of the same name.

On February 21, 2016, BBC One showed the first of the six-part series.
It debuted on AMC on April 19, 2016, in the US.

Thirty-six accolades were nominated for The Night Manager, and it took home eleven of them, including three Golden Globe Awards, two Primetime Emmy Awards (for director Bier and music composer Victor Reyes), and two Primetime Emmy Awards (for Hiddleston, Colman, and Laurie).
Premise
Jonathan Pine, a night supervisor at a five-star hotel in Cairo and a former British soldier, is hired by Angela Burr, the head of a Foreign Office task team looking into shady arms deals, to join Richard Roper's inner circle.

Production
The BBC, AMC, and The Ink Factory will co-produce the series, it was revealed in January 2015.
Palma Photos offered on-site services.
The first day of filming in Zermatt, Switzerland, was March 19.
Production then relocated to London, United Kingdom.
Location filming took held in and around Hartland, Devon, at Blackpool Mill Cottage, Hartland Abbey, and other locations from April 13 to April 17, 2015.
Production was transferred to Marrakesh, Morocco, on April 20, 2015.
The fictional Nefertiti Hotel in Cairo was filmed at the Es Saadi Resort.
Port de Sóller, the opulent La Fortaleza at Port de Pollença, and a number of spots in Palma are notable locations.In episode four, a cameo by novelist John le Carré as a displeased diner in a restaurant is shown.
According to a report in February 2023, Hiddleston would return in the second season.
